The National Mining Agency (ANM) has made the TAH for January 2025 available for issuance. The deadline for payment of the Annual Fee per Hectare (TAH) for permits published in the second half of the last three years ends on January 31, 2025.
The TAH, regulated by ANM Resolution No. 120/2022, is an annual tax levied on each hectare granted for mineral exploration. The amount of the fee varies according to the mineral substance explored and the validity period of the permit.
How to pay the TAH?
Payment of the TAH must be made through the Integrated Collection and Control System (SINARC), available on the ANM portal. To facilitate the process, the ANM provides a detailed step-by-step guide for accessing the system and issuing the payment slip.
