Key Changes in Resolution ANM No. 145

  • Reduction in calculation bases: Article 68 of Resolution ANM No. 122 of 2022 has been amended, determining a 60% reduction in the calculation bases concerning penalties of severity level four or lower. This reduction will apply until March 31, 2024.
  • Retrospective applicability: Resolution ANM No. 145 establishes the retrospective application of the reduction factor, covering the period between December 01, 2023, and the publication date of the said Resolution.
