Following the spirit of cooperation established between the institutions participating in the initiative called Invest Mining (www.investmining.com.br), the BNDES announces the publication of the Public Bidding Notice for the sale of Mine Manifest No. 778/37, related to diamond mining, located in the municipality of Romaria/MG (National Mining Agency – ANM (DNPM) Process No. 3.499/1935), for the minimum amount of R$ 1,100,000.00 (one million and one hundred thousand Brazilian Reais), as detailed below:

PAYMENT METHOD: Cash with the possibility of financing with resources from financial institutions.
SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS:
CLOSED STAGE: Proposals must be submitted until November 28, 2022, in person or by mail to BNDES’ Protocol: Avenida República do Chile nº 100, Térreo, Centro, Rio de Janeiro, CEP nº 20.031- 917, c/o AJ1/JULIC/GLIC2.
OPEN STAGE – PUBLIC SESSION: 11/29/2022, at 11:00 AM (Brasília time). Only bidders who have submitted their proposals on time will participate in the open stage.
The highest bidder will be classified, as well as those who have proposals with a value equal to or up to 10% (ten percent) lower than the highest proposal.
In the event there are not at least 3 (three) bidders able to offer bids by the previous criterion, the bidders that submit the highest value proposals will proceed to the bidding stage, up to a maximum of 3 (three) bidders.
